As your coach, I hold a sacred circle around your life so that you can attend to what holds meaning for you. I encourage you to take pause and deepen the dance of spirit through storytelling, writing, creative expression, nature and horses.
With these tools, I accompany you through rites of passage, formal and informal, as you become ready to transition to another level of your life. My role is to listen carefully, ask powerful questions, and provide accountability. Your role is to quiet the mind, tap into your soul’s wisdom, and take action to manifest your vision. You will feel in the flow. You will begin to live boldly and purposefully, at the same time enjoying a new way of inner contentment and calm.
The Coaching process is simple yet powerful. We work with both individuals and groups. All coaching is conducted in sacred space and a nurturing, safe environment. In addition to the Equine Experientials and the coaching framework, we use consultation, creative projects, expressive arts, and various guided meditations and visualizations. The forms of work are complementary. The core of Alchemy Coaching is a Soul Journey, where you get in touch with your Authentic Self that is whispering to you every day. You can gain clarity for difficult life situations and get answers to complex questions.
To succeed, you must commit yourself to applying the practices and techniques. While a coach can assist you on your journey, ultimately, how deep you go is up to you and your personal commitment.
We start with a one-hour discovery process and set up monthly face-to-face or phone appointments thereafter. Because coaching can take place on the phone or in person, you don’t have to live in the same city your coach does. Individual sessions are customized to your specific needs and dreams. We will work together to uncover your key values and purpose based on your intuitive guidance. In Alchemy Coaching, you take an active role in learning to listen to your innermost self, and you receive ongoing support from your Alchemy Coach to help manifest those shifts in your outer life.
