“Through the coaching sessions, Susan was able to help me find a way to create a ‘physical’ reminder to help me recognize and acknowledge the transformation that took place as a result of the Personal Healing Series. I wanted to create something physical to carry with me as a reminder of those transformations. With Susan’s coaching, I was able to create a Mantra that had a specific value for me, one which I could carry with me to remind me of the transformative experiences I shared with the horses. Susan mentioned during the session that she was hearing from me a need to make a real connection through the senses…. by recreating the senses. Hearing her acknowledgement of what I had said, allowed me to embrace my deepest longing. It specifically allowed me to create this mantra which can serve a purpose for me long after the workshop.
